Oh yeah!1I went for a free check up conducted by NKF..and guess wat?? i had high blood!!damn...all this while...i always haf a headache,my body ache..i can feel a tension on my neck..dats the symptoms of high blood and i dont even know it..hahaha...Even the lady in charge commented dat i looked pale...yeah..nasib baik tak mati..but still..belum cukup amalan..

Am i being a bitch by treatin one of my close frenz badly??my cousin said i always sounded harsh when i speak to this frenz of mine..oh well..she didnt noe shit bout wat im goin through..so she juz taking wateva she tinks its right and in this case..im at FAULT!!OOOOOOO...suddenly im the bad guy here..
